Can I send a card without the recipient’s email address?
Yes. Choose "Get a link to share myself" when creating your card — instead of emailing anyone, we give you a private link to your finished card. Share it however you like: WhatsApp, iMessage, Slack, social media, or in person. You decide when and where they receive it.
Who can open a card link — and does it expire?
Anyone you share it with, and no, it never expires. Card links are long and unguessable, so nobody finds your card by accident — but anyone you forward the link to can open it, so share it like you’d share a photo. Send it today or save it for the perfect moment.
How does group signing work?
Turn on group signing before you send, then share the signing link that appears with your team — anyone with the link adds their own message, no login needed.

Is group signing free?
Your first group card is included — a one-time trial with up to 5 signers. It uses one of your monthly cards, like any card. The trial itself isn’t spent until a teammate actually signs; just creating a group card doesn’t use it. After your trial, group signing is part of Pro.

What does "AI-drafted" mean — is the message mine?
Click ✨ AI write for a starting draft you can edit, replace, or send as-is. It’s your message either way.
How do I share a card on WhatsApp?
After sending, use the WhatsApp button on the confirmation screen or dashboard to share the link directly in a chat.
The recipient says they didn’t get the card — what should I check?
First, ask them to check spam or promotions folders — then have them search for "Zovwy". If the address bounced, your dashboard marks the card Not delivered with a "Fix address & retry" option, so you can correct a typo and send it again. Or skip email entirely: open the card from your dashboard and share its link directly.
How do I know when my card has been viewed?
Your dashboard shows each card’s status — Sent when it’s delivered, Viewed when the recipient opens it, and Link created for cards you’re sharing yourself.
Do link cards count toward my monthly limit — and when does it reset?
Every card you create counts toward your monthly cards, however you choose to deliver it. Your limit resets monthly on your personal anniversary — the day you first started using Zovwy (your signup or your first card, whichever came first).
How do I install the app?
Zovwy is a PWA — tap "Add to Home Screen" in your browser, no App Store needed.
