Terms of Service

These terms cover using Zovwy to send and receive greeting cards. By using Zovwy, you agree to them. Questions go to cards@zovwy.com.

Acceptable use

Zovwy is for sending genuine greeting cards. Cards must not contain harassment, spam, or unlawful content. We may refuse to send, or remove, any card that violates this.

Sending responsibly

You are responsible for having the right to email the people you send cards to — for example, that you actually know them and they would reasonably expect to hear from you. Do not use Zovwy to email people who have not consented to receiving your message.

Service provided "as is"

Zovwy is a small, pre-launch product. We provide the service "as is," without guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted availability, while we continue building it.

Ownership

You own the words you write — your card message and signature messages remain yours. Zovwy owns the platform itself: the code, the design, the illustrated artwork, and the Zovwy name and branding.

Termination

We may suspend or remove access to Zovwy for anyone who violates these terms, in particular the acceptable-use section above.

Limitation of liability

In plain terms: use Zovwy at your own risk. We will do our best to deliver your cards reliably, but to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost messages, or lost data arising from your use of the service.

This page is a plain-language template and not legal advice. It will be reviewed by a qualified professional before commercial launch.
