Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective date: September 27, 2026

Zovwy offers digital greeting cards through a free tier and paid monthly subscriptions. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and payment questions work.

The free tier

Zovwy's free tier is available without payment. If you subscribed and no longer want a paid plan, you can cancel and continue using Zovwy for free — your account and your cards are not deleted when you cancel.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, at the price shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. The price you pay is always shown before you confirm a purchase.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time, yourself, from your account's billing page — no email required, no questions asked. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep full access to your paid features until that date, and you will not be charged again after it. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

Because access continues to the end of the period you've paid for, we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for cancellations.

First-payment guarantee: if Zovwy's paid plan isn't what you expected, we will refund your first subscription payment in full if you request it within 7 days of that first charge. This applies once per customer. To request it, email cards@zovwy.com from the address on your account.

Cards you have already created or sent are unaffected by cancellations or refunds — they remain available to you and to their recipients.

Billing mistakes

If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or an amount that doesn't match the posted price — email cards@zovwy.com and we will investigate and correct any error, including a refund where one is due.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Zovwy evolves. The effective date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
